It gives you knowledge that you ALWAYS have a choice of what you can do even when it feels otherwise. It allows you to make conscious choices that get you the outcome you want. Finally the programme gives you the vital ingredient, the ability to apply the knowledge you have gained to make the right choices for you and the people around you.
