Hi and thanks for visiting my website to learn more about me.
I spent nearly 18 years with JPMorgan and most of these were spent as a trainer and business coach. My passion has always been on how we can ensure the BEST version of us turns up for our life
Since starting up my own business I have worked with a variety of different clients including, Dorset Police, Dorset County Council, Parkstone Grammar School, BT, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, KPMG, HSBC and RTA in Dubai.
I am a qualified trainer and coach. I have a vast experience of increasing company, team and individual performance.
Qualified with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and holding a Diploma in Training and Development from University of Leicester, I have successfully delivered both business and leadership training from North America to Singapore.
As a trainer, coach and speaker I ensure my clients have the inspiration and motivation to make the changes they need to make in their life.
I big fan of musical theatre I have performed on stage locally in amateur dramatics. I hold a black belt in karate and like to keep fit by walking my mad German Shepherd dog and going to the gym.
I live in Poole, Dorset with my wife, three children and one slightly mad German Shepherd dog.
